He came highly recommended and from what we saw, deservedly so. He accommodated our schedule, which is hectic at all times. He spent several hours pouring over the house and was able to explain, in layman’s terms, the good verses the bad. He picked up on subtle nuances regarding the structure that we feel would have been missed by a cursory inspection. Thankfully, Ed White was meticulous in his attention to detail.
